Earth & Self Healing Mantra

There are many types of meditation practices, today I would like to share this one which can heal the Earth and yourself . This is very simple even beginners or children can just hear the music and sit quietly with palms facing upwards to receive this Universal Energy. So in this practice, the lesser thoughts you have , the better in receiving the healing energy into you and into Mother Earth.
